TRUST BETRAYED
This happened in Lagos just few days past.  A woman placed her
car for sale at the cost of N2.7M .A prospective buyer called and was given direction on how to locate where the car was parked. He inspected the car and informed the owner that he was heading to the bank to make payment and she should assemble all the necessary documents ready for collection as soon as payment is effected.


After a while the car owner got an alert on her phone and few minutes after the buyer came back and as was agreed earlier, all the necessary paper/document and the car was handed over to him(the buyer) and he left, However it was a different story for the seller as she cannot trace any money when she got to the bank,as the bank affirmed that THE sms ON HER PHONE DID NOT EMANATE FROM THEM.She is contemplating a court case, what is your advice?Comments are welcomed.
